A listing of the clues: there's a picture of a man that is a writer born in russia in 1826 wrote a book a masterpiece that tells of a doctor eating fish and of ungrateful sons, also eating fish it isn't dostoevsky, it isn't tolstoy, it isn't rasputin (as if he were a writer), nor is it edgar allen poe, nor hector malot (russian as they both might be, ahum ...)
so follow the link in the post, sit face to face w/ the good ol' soul, and earn some points!

@chris: how strange not to read books, if you fill an entire blog with quotations, ... the first place I'd look for quotations ... well ... that'd be books, wouldn't it?

I can't remember the last time I sat and read a book. Must of been way back in school. Never was much good at it.
